About Corporate Yoga Instruction
Peter has offered yoga in corporate environments for over three years. Having worked in office environments for ten years prior, Peter understands the stress and physical demands that our bodies undergo throughout a routine day at the office. Specialized in offering Forrest Yoga, Peter can offer solutions to skillfully address issues involving neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, and overall tightness and body fatigue.
During the office lunch hour or after work, practitioners meet in a non-competitive setting to unwind and safely build strength and stamina. Company employees enjoy the benefits of a regular yoga practice and greater sense of well-being in a collegial environment. As a result, employers can help boost morale and productivity.

About CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a light-touch modality of body work which serves to improve the function of the nervous system by way of monitoring, addressing and regularizing tension and stress. Developed as Cranial Osteopathy by William Sutherland in the early 20th Century, CST focuses on the network of tissue and fluid which surround and nourish the central spinal column and brain. This network is the craniosacral system.
The craniosacral system comprises the bones of the cranium, the brain, the spinal column, spinal cord, the sacrum, and the tailbone.
As participants in our busy, often crowded world, our bodies endure stress and challenges. Just as muscles get tight or brace around injury, the craniosacral system, which heavily influences our nerves, can become locked down. CST serves to free up the spinal column and brain as well as the corresponding tissues and fluids with a simple but very effective method of touch.
CranioSacral Therapy addresses conditions including headaches and migraines, chronic neck and back pain, TMJ Syndrome, chronic fatigue, scoliosis, brain and spinal cord injuries, allergies, asthma, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, nervous system disorders, stress, insomnia, post traumatic stress disorder, and many others. Treatments are great addition to a regular yoga practice as CST deeply addresses that which can affect flexibility, general well-being, and peace of mind.
Peter is participating in ongoing CranioSacral training with the Upledger Institute. See the Testimonials page for feedback from Peter’s Cranio Sacral clients.
